Summary of commercial and usage terms for the Engaineer platform. Binding terms are set in your MSA.

Use of the Engaineer platform is governed by a Master Services Agreement (MSA) tailored to enterprise deployment scope. Standard terms cover:

  • Service Level Agreement: 99.9% platform uptime guarantee
  • Data Processing Addendum (DPA) compliant with GDPR and CCPA
  • Intellectual property: Customer retains all rights to uploaded documents and generated outputs
  • Termination: 30-day data export window with full document retrieval
